At Oncore, we know our cables are built with the best quality available. We stand behind them 100%. Oncore Cables offers a lifetime guarantee on our craftmanship and all materials we use. If any cable fails because of workmanship or defects, we will fix or replace your cable at no charge.
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you want to return a cable because it wasn't the exact color you wanted or you ordered the wrong size, please keep the cable in new and re-sellable condition and we'll gladly take it back within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Oncore Cable Products Warranty
Oncore Cables, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of our cable products purchased from Oncore Cables or an authorized Oncore reseller that it will be in good working order for a lifetime. "Lifetime" means the reasonable expected lifetime of the product and does not cover normal wear and tear. Should this cable product, in Oncore’s opinion, malfunction, Oncore will, at its option, repair or replace it at no charge, provided that the cable product has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, misapplication, or non-Oncore authorized modifications, alterations and/or repairs. Oncore’s sole obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the power product as provided above. Any use of the power product for a device for which it is not intended will constitute misuse and is not subject to the warranty.

Oncore Power Products Warranty
Oncore Cables, LLC. (“Oncore”) warrants to the original purchaser of this power product that it will be in good working order for a period of one year from the date of purchase from Oncore or an authorized Oncore reseller. During the term of the warranty, should this power product, in Oncore’s opinion, malfunction, Oncore will, at its option, repair or replace it at no charge, subject to the limitations below. Oncore’s sole obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the power product as provided above. The limited warranty on any replacement product will be a continuation of the original power product’s limited warranty and will only be valid from the date of the original purchase. Removal of the Oncore label from the power product itself will void the warranty as described above.
This limited warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the power product by the purchaser. This limited warranty does not cover: (a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, unusual physical electrical or electromechanical stress; (b) modification of any part of the power product by the purchaser; (c) cosmetic damage; (d) equipment that has the serial number removed or made illegible; (e) malfunctions resulting from the use of the power product in conjunction with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not expressly approved or provided by Oncore; (f) defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation or adjustment; (g) normal wear and tear and normal degradation of the power product; and (h) malfunctions where it is determined by Oncore that is not the fault of the power product itself. Without limiting the foregoing, this limited warranty does not cover damage to the power product caused by use with batteries that were not sold by either Oncore or Apple, Inc. or damage caused by a malfunctioning battery. Waiver by Oncore of any limitation under this limited warranty will not be deemed a continuing waiver of such limitation or a waiver of any other limitation.
If you should need to return your power product for warranty repair contact Oncore technical support at 888.ONCORE.2 outside California or 949.777.2255 to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred associated with a power product return to Oncore. Oncore will pay all shipping costs associated with the return of your replacement power product.
THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY OF ONCORE AND ONCORE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT THE FOREGOING IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN THE EVENT THE POWER PRODUCT IS PRIMARILY USED FOR PERSONAL, FAMILY, OR HOUSEHOLD PURPOSES, EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THIS POWER PRODUCT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ABOVE ONE YEAR PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY WILL LAST, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ONCORE CABLES, LLC. BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY TO THE USER FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE USER OR THE USER’S INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR COMPUTER PRODUCTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IF ANY PORTION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS HELD ILLEGAL OR UNENFORCEABLE BY REASON OF ANY LAW, SUCH PARTIAL ILLEGALITY OR UNENFORCEABILITY SHALL NOT AFFECT THE ENFORCEABILITY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WHICH PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE CONSTRUED TO BE LIMITED BY ITS TERMS OR AS LIMITED AS THE LAW PERMITS.
